We're on the 40's floor and it's 160 steps to our casita. I'd add about 60-70 more for the new rooms. You can catch a cab at recepcion, which is very near those rooma and get a ride down to tbe beach behind Elvira's.
I have a bum leg and just take my time getting up and down.
