Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending January 23, 2008

Even the full moon could not cool off the red hot bite last week in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo. Our captains reported a noticeable decrease in the amount of bait in the area which contributed to a more willing population of SAILFISH and DORADO. The blue water is within 7 miles of shore. Although SAILFISH and DORADO continue to dominate the daily catches, our captains have reported seeing big numbers of YELLOWFIN TUNA along with some BLUE MARLIN as well. The TUNA are running with the porpoises and are unwilling to bite.

With notable catches for the week is European angler Mr. Rasmus Petersen who fished with the super pangas Tarpon and Dos Hermanos 2. In five days his group landed 106 fish which comprised 2 BLUE MARLIN, 14 SAILFISH, 9 DORADO, 2 ROOSTERFISH, 1 YELLOWFIN TUNA and a host of smaller BONITOS, NEEDLEFISH and YELLOWTAIL JACKS.

Captain Adolfo reported 15 SAILFISH (6 on a fly) as well as 6 DORADOS in five offshore days.

Captain Chiro on the Bloody Hook also had a busy week landing 13 SAILFISH and 5 DORADOS.

It has been quite awhile since we have had TUNA and MARLIN this early in the season. March and April have historically been our best months for these two trophies and we still have good availability.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending January 16, 2008

According to Captain Temo Verboonen on the Secuestro de Amor, the Pacific Ocean around Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo has exploded with life. Pods of SAILFISH and DORADO have taken up residency in a band of water just 8 - 12 miles outside the bay. That is the good news. The bad news is the overabundance of baitfish has made the SAILFISH reluctant to eat. Many reports have come in regarding the SAILFISH picking up a bait, running with it and then dropping it. Many fish will show no interest in the baits. The DORADO seem to be a bit cooperative as fish in the 40 - 50 lb class have been reported.

Captain Chiro Barrigan fishing with Philadelphia anglers Dave and Joe Walker reported 11 SAILFISH and 4 DORADO in 4 offshore days.

Captain Cheva on the Dos Hermanos 2 and captain Alberto on the Tarpon reported 9 SAILFISH in 2 days with European anglers of Mr. Peterssen’s group.

Mr. Gary Storzsbach fishing aboard the Cocoy landed 3 SAILFISH and 4 DORADOS in 4 days of fishing.

Inshore, the ROOSTERFISH activity has dramatically improved but remains one day on and the next day off.

Returning New York angler Mr. Joe Calandra fishing aboard the Dos Hermanos 1 for 2 days landed 25 ROOSTERFISH, 18 SPANISH MACKEREL , 4 NEEDLEFISH and 14 BONITOS.

Captain Adolfo was only able to find 1 ROOSTERFISH for angler Mr. Henderson and 30 SPANISH MACKEREL for angler Mr. Eberhard.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending January 11, 2008

The offshore action continued to get better last week as the full moon period ended. The action moved farther offshore as the captains reported the blue water had moved to the 30-mile mark making for longer than normal runs to find larger concentrations of fish. DORADO and SAILFISH continued to dominate the action. The DORADO are running in the 35 - 40 lb class. We also saw a few MARLIN and YELLOWFIN TUNA in the mix.

Captain Chiro on the Bloody Hook recorded 16 SAILFISH and 5 DORADOS in 5 days of fishing.

Captain José on the La Bamba reported a 140 lb BLUE MARLIN, 2 SAILFISH and 1 DORADO in 2 days offshore.

Captain Adolfo concentrated on offshore last week, posting 12 SAILFISH, 6 YELLOWFIN TUNAS, and 6 DORADOS in 5 days.

Captain Temo on the Secuestro de Amor also with fly fishing clients raised 12 SAILFISH, landing 2 along with 3 DORADOS.

Very little inshore activity was reported; however, near the end of the week more ROOSTERFISH started showing up along the beaches south of Zihuatanejo.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending November 23, 2007

The oncoming full moon and a change in water temps saw a slowing of DORADO and SAILFISH action last week. The cooler water temps did bring in some YELLOWFIN TUNA action as several of the captains reported TUNA in the 20 - 25 lb class. Most of the TUNA were located beyond the 25-mile mark.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending November 16, 2007

A dramatic turn around in water temperature and sea conditions brought the return of good offshore and inshore action last week in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo.

The captains reported big numbers of baitfish all around the area, and the warm blue water has moved within 5 miles of the bay. Calmer inshore water also allowed the captains to fish the more productive areas for ROOSTERFISH and JACKS. With the prediction of more seasonable weather in the weeks ahead we are hopeful for a great start to this year’s fall season.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Weather: Sunny, mild temps

Sea Conditions: Calm

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending November 9, 2007

Captain Temo reported a drop in water temps and a dramatic movement of the blue water to beyond the 20-mile mark. Several strikes from STRIPED MARLIN were reported, which is the norm when the area experiences cold water conditions. The cooler water however does slow down the offshore bite and last week was no exception.

Captain Temo reported 1 nice DORADO, which was located close to shore chasing a group of BONITOS.

Captain Adolfo reported 2 DORADO and 5 BONITOS, and on one inshore day 8 YELLOWTAIL JACKS and 8 BONITOS.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending October 19, 2007

Stormy conditions and light angler activity was reported last week in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo.

Returning angler, Mary Peachin, who landed 13 ROOSTERFISH in one day with Captain Adolfo took no mercy on the inshore game fish as she followed up her first day performance by landing 20 ROOSTERFISH on her second day. This was the highest single ROOSTERFISH day reported by Captain Adolfo. Most of the action took place south of Petatlán's San Valentín Beach. Captain Adolfo returned to the same area the very next day only to find one small ROOSTERFISH willing to strike.

Large numbers of BONITO are being reported all along the coast.

Offshore a single STRIPED MARLIN of 40 lbs was reported as was a single 200 lb BLUE MARLIN. The SAILFISH continue to be absent and the offshore action is being dominated by DORADO.

Captain Jaime on the 35’ Bertram Orion reported landing 2 nice DORADO for angler Mr. Briche.

The blue water remains close but rough sea conditions and unsettled weather made for difficult fishing conditions.

Ixtapa Zihuatanejo Weather: Stormy

Sea Conditions: Rough

Sea Surface Temp: 28°C

Bait Supply: Fair

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending October 12, 2007

Angling activity continues to light through this month and last week was no exception. Although the area experienced rain last week it was generally only at night with the days becoming sunny and the sea conditions almost perfect.

Returning angler and journalist Mary Peachin fishing one day inshore with captain Adolfo had one of the finest days of the season landing 13 ROOSTERFISH. The two largest fish were estimated at 75 and 90 lbs. All of the action took place south of Petatlán at an area we call Casa Blanca. A combination of top water lures along with live bait was most effective on the ROOSTERFISH. A full accounting of the banner day along with photos of the huge ROOSTERFISH will be available in an article published in the January 2008 issue of Sportfishing Magazine.

Offshore action still continues to be with large DORADO and some SAILFISH. The SAILFISH counts dropped a bit this past week but remain strong overall.

Ixtapa Zihuatanejo Weather: A few rainy nights followed by nice days.

Sea Conditions: Calm to moderate

Sea Surface Temp: 28°C

Bait Supply: Good

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending September 21, 2007

Although weather improved dramatically last week, very little angling activity was reported.

Those few boats which went offshore reported a good DORADO bite with averages between 6 - 7 fish per day and the size remains good -- in the 25 - 40 lb class.

The SAILFISH activity slowed as the on-again off-again pattern continues to be the norm for this season.

Inshore, the mountain rains have swelled the rivers bringing in brown water which have been pushed all along the coast. This condition all but shut down the inshore fishing for last week.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Weather: Humid with temps in the 90’s, mostly sunny with a few scattered thunderstorms.

Sea Conditions: Calm to moderate

Sea Surface Temp: 28°C

Bait Supply: Good

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending September 14, 2007

The blue water moved to within 7 miles of shore and the already hot DORADO bite got even better. Most are averaging 5-6 nice sized DORADO in the 25 - 40 lb class per day.

California angler Mr. Reade Tilley's group fishing aboard the La Bamba landed 5 DORADO on their first day offshore. Mixed in with the DORADO has been a welcome addition of a good run of SAILFISH which have been absent for most of the summer.

Angling pressure continues to be very light.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Weather: Some wind with rain in the nights.

Sea Conditions: Calm to moderate

Sea Surface Temp: 28°C

Bait Supply: Good

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending September 7, 2007

Very little angling activity was reported in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo last week. The uncooperative weather made for challenging conditions.

Captain Adolfo on the Dos Hermanos 1 dogging rain drops, high surf and dealing with discolored water reported 14 ROOSTERFISH in 4 days of fishing along the beaches at San Valentín and Troncones.

Offshore there continues to be sparse SAILFISH activity, but Captain Temo reported good numbers of 30 - 50 lb DORADO showing up in the area.

Best offshore fishing is occurring beyond the 17-mile mark.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Weather: RAIN, wind and humid temps.

Sea Conditions: Rough

Sea Surface Temp: 28°C

Bait Supply: Fair

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending August 24, 2007

Three solid days of rain along with some high winds made fishing difficult last week in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo.

Captain Temo reports good number of ROOSTERFISH along the beaches near the airport, but the schools are fast moving and the bite is often over very rapidly. Top water "Robert Ranger Bounders" in the red and white and blue and white colors have been the top producers.

Captain Adolfo reported fishing one day, landing three ROOSTERFISH to 50 lbs. All were taken on "Pencil Poppers."

The heavy rains have opened up the rivers and the inshore waters became progressively muddier as the week progressed. Those boats venturing offshore found little action as the blue water moved far offshore. The BILLFISH counts were way off last week as was the number of anglers.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Weather: Stormy

Sea Conditions: Rough

Sea Surface Temp: 28°C

Bait Supply: Fair

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending August 17, 2007

A bit of stormy weather with rain and winds was present last week in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo.

The inshore fishing remains strong with the ROOSTERFISH bite although not as consistent as last week was still the best bet.

Captain Adolfo and Captain Temo reported sighting many schools of ROOSTERFISH along the beaches close to Playa Larga, which is just south of Zihuatanejo Bay. At the time the fish were very cooperative making fly fishing for them a real opportunity. At other times the fish were fast moving and ignored all of the offerings. Of the ROOSTERFISH that were landed last week most averaged in the 35lb class with a few going over 50lbs. Top water pencil poppers remain the very best way to attract and catch the ROOSTERFISH.

YELLOWTAIL JACKS and BONITO are also present in good numbers.

Offshore the action is slow. The open rivers have pushed the blue water to beyond the 10-mile mark and those boats venturing out have reported very little action.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Weather: Cloudy and rainy

Sea Conditions: Moderate to rough

Sea Surface Temp: 28°C

Bait Supply: Fair

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending August 10, 2007

Very little angling activity was the order of the day in Ixtapa-Zihautanejo last week. Those who did manage to fish were greeted with a wide open ROOSTERFISH bite near Petatlán and some consistent SAILFISH catches offshore.

Captain Cheva on the Dos Hermanos 2 landed 3 SAILFISH in one day and reported raising several MARLIN during the week.

The offshore bag also included some DORADO but the YELLOWFIN TUNA continue to be far offshore.

Inshore Captain Adolfo fishing 4 days reported landing 5 ROOSTERFISH on a fly. The ROOSTERFISH are aggressive on the top water popper and captain Adolfo reported many opportunities each day.

There is a noticeable downturn in the YELLOWTAIL JACK action.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Weather: Hot and humid

Sea Conditions: Calm to moderate

Sea Surface Temp: 28°C

Bait Supply: Good

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending August 3, 2007

Dramatically improved inshore conditions led to a very good bite last week in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo. The offshore continue to be a mystery as the historically wide open summer SAILFISH bite has still not developed.

Mr. Lad Shunneson leading a group of 12 to the area last week fished a total of 22 charter days aboard the Dos Hermanos 1 & 2, Janeth, Secuestro and Marfel. In total the group landed 36 ROOSTERFISH, the largest fish going 40, 43, 55, 60 and 75 lbs. Many fish were in the 30 lb class with a few smaller fish in the mix. Also contributing to the inshore action were 41 YELLOWTAIL JACKS, some of which scaled in near the 25 lb mark. Light tackle action was also afforded by 61 BONITO and 42 NEEDLEFISH. According to Mr. Shunneson, on most days they could have filled the boat with BONITOS. The group ran a few offshore charters but was only able to land 5 SAILFISH, pulling the hooks on a few others, but overall the offshore action was slow.

The YELLOWFIN TUNA bite was at the 35 mile mark but most boats did not make the run.

Some excellent days are still available for the month of August.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Weather: Hazy, hot and humid.

Sea Conditions: Calm to moderate.

Sea Surface Temp: 28°C

Bait Supply: Fair

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending July 27, 2007

With dramatically improved weather and sea conditions the offshore picked up a bit and the inshore fishing especially for ROOSTERS took a nice upturn last week.

Offshore the averages jumped to nearly 3 shots per day on SAILFISH with a few MARLIN in the 300 lb class also reported. There has been an absence of TUNA in the area.

Inshore the waters have cleared up and the ROOSTERFISH are cooperating, especially on live bait. Several fish in the 60 - 65 lb class were reported. YELLOWTAIL JACKS and BONITO filled the inshore bag but were far less numerous than in the last few weeks.

We have some excellent dates in August still available. Barring any major weather situations the outlook for red hot inshore fishing looks promising.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Weather: Humid with temps in the 90’s.

Sea Conditions: Calm to moderate.

Sea Surface Temp: 28°C

Bait Supply: Fair

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending July 20, 2007

A storm-riddled week hampered fishing in the Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo area last week. High winds along with torrential rains made inshore fishing as difficult as one can imagine.

Claudio Tagini and film crew of American Western Adventures fishing out of the Casa Las Brisas in Puerto Vicente Guerrero for 4 days aboard the Dos Hermanos 1 landed 8 ROOSTERFISH to 50 lbs along with a handful of nice sized YELLOWTAIL JACKS and SPANISH MACKEREL.

The fishing was extremely difficult as the large surf coupled with muddy water made for a challenging mix. The weather forced an end to fishing on most days by mid to late morning.

Offshore our captains are reporting more MARLIN than SAILFISH. Some school YELLOWFIN TUNA to 30 lbs are also being reported. The blue water is beyond the 20 mile mark.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Weather: Rain, wind and nasty days.

Sea Conditions: Rough

Sea Surface Temp: 28°C

Bait Supply: Fair

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending July 13, 2007

A little bit of rough seas and some wind caused some difficult fishing conditions last week.

Mr. Mark Tamim fishing aboard the Dos Hermanos 1 caught several nice ROOSTERFISH as well as many more YELLOWTAIL JACKS . At one point it seemed like the JACKS outnumbered the ROOSTERFISH 100 to 1. Mr. Harpster also fishing aboard the Dos Hermanos 1 lost 4 ROOSTERFISH in one day and managed to land several large JACKS as well.

Mr. Johnson fishing a short day on the Bloody Hook tied into a double header MARLIN landing a 280 lb BLACK MARLIN and loosing an estimated 200 lb BLUE MARLIN.

There continues to be an absence of SAILFISH as the fleet continues to hook and land more MARLIN than SAILFISH, which is very unusual for this time of year. The inshore fishing continues to lead the way when the seas permit and we still have some excellent open dates for August. Interested anglers are encouraged to contact us for availability

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Weather: Some rain and wind, temps in the 90's

Sea Conditions: Moderate to rough

Sea Surface Temp: 28°C

Bait Supply: Good

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending July 6, 2007

The inshore continues to dominate the fishing in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo.

Mr. Monetero fishing two days inshore with Captain Adolfo landed 5 ROOSTERFISH and close to triple digit YELLOWTAIL JACKS. Most of the JACKS were take on a MEGABAIT spoon and the ROOSTERS on a combination of Live Bait and Pencil Poppers

Mr. Mark Tamim, also fishing two inshore days with Captain Adolfo, recorded 7 ROOSTERFISH, 4 of which scaled between 50 and 60 lbs. Mr. Tamim also had non-stop action on YELLOWTAIL JACKS, landing nearly 50 in two days.

Mr. Betancourt fishing one day inshore aboard the Dos Hermanos 1 landed 1 ROOSTERFISH which scaled close to the 70-lb mark and lost another 4 ROOSTERFISH. Mr. Betancourt fished one day offshore landing 1 SAILFISH and two YELLOWFIN TUNA to 20 lbs.

First-time visitor to Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Mr. Nowacki fishing 1 inshore day aboard the Secuestro with Captain Temo landed 6 YELLOWTAIL JACKS as well as a handful of BONITOS on light tackle.

The blue water is at the 15-mile mark but there has been a lack of activity. Inshore the red tide is gone and the fishing is wide open.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Weather: Sunny, mild, temps in the high 80's.

Sea Conditions: Calm to moderate

Sea Surface Temp: 28°C

Bait Supply: Good

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending June 29, 2007

The season of unpredictability continues as the reports continue to defy the historical patterns. Offshore the SAILFISH are almost nonexistent but the MARLIN have showed up and continue to offer a real shot each day. Added to the mix was the oncoming full moon which made for a dicey mix.

Inshore specialist and returning angler from New Jersey Ron Reinhardt and first time angler to Zihuatanejo Mr. Jamie Lobue fishing 4 days with Captain Adolfo raised over 20 ROOSTERFISH, hooking 7 and landing 4. Two of the ROOSTERFISH exceeded 70 lbs and were caught on YOZURI surface cruisers. The duo also landed 27 YELLOWTAIL JACKS to 25 lbs. Captain Adolfo finished the week fishing with angler Mr. Montero, who in 2 days landed 4 ROOSTERFISH to 55 lbs and 18 YELLOWTAIL JACKS.

Captain Cheva on the Dos Hermanos 2 fishing 7 days with European angler Mr. Chanel hooked and lost 2 BIG MARLIN as well as 3 SAILFISH. Mr. Chanel did manage to land 7 ROOSTERFISH, mostly on live bait, along with over 60 BONITOS on light tackle and 5 BIG YELLOWTAIL JACKS.

Returning angler Mr. Dennis Collins and his group fishing 3 days with Captain Chiro on the Bloody Hook landed an estimated 450 lb BLACK MARLIN on their first day out. The group’s second day was uneventful as they searched beyond the 25 mile mark but came up empty. The third day was marked by a rough sea and high winds. On that day the group managed one YELLOWFIN TUNA and pulled the hooks on a SAILFISH.

Captain Temo on the Secuestro fishing with angler Mr. Pack landed 1 ROOSTERFISH, 8 YELLOWTAIL JACKS and several BONITOS.

The red tide has moved south, and our captains are reporting better water to the north around Pantla. The blue water is out at the 25 mile mark and the band of green water between shore and the blue water is holding large schools of BONITO and some MARLIN.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Weather: The first real rains of the season arrived with some wind; hot and humid days with highs reaching the low 90's.

Sea Conditions: Moderate to rough

Sea Surface Temp: 28°C

Bait Supply: Good

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending June 22, 2007

The effects of the red tide have begun to diminish. Although not completely gone, the red tide continues to affect the consistency of the fishing in the Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo area. In what has to be the strangest start to our summer season, our captains reported both good days and bad days for the week.

Inshore, Captain Adolfo fishing 4 days with angler Mr. Michalsky in Puerto Vincente Guerrero landed 29 YELLOWTAIL JACKS, 7 ROOSTERFISH to 55 lbs as well as 1 AFRICAN POMPANO. The fish were caught on lures because the ability to get live bait was shut down owing to the red tide. There were no BIG EYES or COCINEROS in the bay. Captain Adolfo reported raising more ROOSTERFISH during the 4 days but they were reluctant to strike.

Returning angler Mr. Larry Chandler fishing with both Adolfo and Temo on the Secuestro de Amor landed a mixed bag of BONITOS and JACKS on the fly. His largest JACK on the fly pushed the scales to nearly 25 lbs. Several ROOSTERS came within casting distance but would not make the transfer to the fly.

Offshore, Captain Chiro on the Bloody Hook reported raising several SAILFISH but they were unwilling to bite. Several MARLIN were reported this past week as well. Angler Mr. Mark Peterson fought a huge YELLOWFIN TUNA for nearly two hours before it parted company far too early.

At week’s end the red tide had reportedly moved south to Acapulco; however, it is too early to say if it is gone for good.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending June 8, 2007

The full moon hangover coupled with the waning effect of the red tide made for some difficult fishing early in the week. Conditions improved dramatically as the week came to a close with the blue water moving to within 12 miles of the beach. Our captains reported seeing large schools of anchovies and sardines around the rocks while just offshore big numbers of BONITOS and MACKEREL were present.

Captain Temo of the Secuestro de Amor reported a triple header SAILFISH, loosing 2 and landing one for angler Mr. Ferrage in one day offshore, and 15 JACKS and a handful of BONITOS on another inshore day.

Captain Adolfo fishing 1 inshore day with returning angler Mark Peteson reported 42 YELLOWTAIL JACKS, 6 of which were in the 20 lb class, along with a 30 lb HORSEEYE JACK, a 25 lb AFRICAN POMPANO and 6 large CHULAS.

Captain Jamie on the Vamonos 2 reported raising 9 SAILFISH, hooking and landing 4.

Conditions are improving each day with only scattered ride tide being reported. The blue water band at 12 to 18 miles offshore is holding MARLIN, SAILFISH, some DORADO and TUNA.

Ixtapa Zihuatanejo Weather: Sunny with mild temps.

Sea Conditions: Calm to moderate

Bait Supply: Good

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Sportfishing Report for the week ending May 25, 2007

Very unusual for this time of year, a very pronounced red tide covered the Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo area last week. The effects of the colder north current or "La Nina" caused the fishing to be most difficult.

Mr. Pernecky fishing 3 days aboard the Bloody Hook with Captain Chiro managed only 2 SAILFISH. Captain Chiro reported seeing schools of small MACKEREL and BONITO up to 25 miles offshore which is very unusual. The red tide caused a wide disbursement of the schools of bait.

Fly fishing angler Mr. Fawcett fishing 1 day aboard the Bloody Hook raised 2 BLUE MARLIN to the fly but did not manage to hook up. Mr. Fawcett also raised 2 SAILFISH in one day while fishing aboard the Intruza.

Toward the end of the week our captains were reporting seeing more fish on the surface but could not get them to eat.

Inshore, the action was a bit better with a mixed bag of YELLOWTAIL JACKS, SPANISH MACKEREL, CHULAS, BONITOS and an occasional ROOSTERFISH showing up. Still the presence of the colder current and the red tide made finding the fish a real task. With the turn of the full moon this week and short term effect of the ride tide is expected to end as quickly as it began.

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Weather: Sunny, mild temps in the low 90's.

Sea Conditions: Calm to moderate, water temp 28°C

Bait Supply: Fair
